MOB Alert
Should anyone fall overboard, the most likely rescue vessel is the one the crew member was on. Within seconds, Deckband alerts every crew member, by virtue of the headset having moved out of range - a fail-safe alarm.
With NMEA compatibility, Deckband can link to GPS and any other device that can read the MOB incident alarm signal. The precise location of the incident is captured instantly. And the crew on board is able to co-ordinate recovery. If you have Seatrack navigation software, a tide-adjusted predicted position of the casualty is plotted.
